Are the cameras new or second-hand ? 
All our cameras are second-hand and carefully selected. Each piece has lived a life before – that history is part of its charm. They may show signs of use and do not come with original packaging unless stated otherwise.

Are all cameras tested ?
Absolutely. At Rethrowback Studio, every camera is professionally refurbished.
This means it is carefully inspected, cleaned, fully tested and restored when necesssary. If needed, a new battery is installed.

Are the cameras fully functional ?
Yes. Only cameras that are fully functional and perform as intended are listed for sale. 
Any visible signs of wear are purely aesthetic and reflect the camera’s vintage character. 

Do the cameras come with a warranty ?
Yes. All our refurbished cameras come with a limited warranty.

Do you ship internationally ? 
Yes, we ship worldwide. 
Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. 

How long does shipping take ? 
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. 
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to follow your delivery. 
Delivery time varies depending on your location. 

What is included with my camera ?
Every camera arrives ready to shoot. Your order includes : battery, charger and SD card (unless stated otherwise on the product page).

Are the cameras suitable for beginners ?
Absolutely. Many of our cameras are easy to use and beginner-friendly. 

How do I get my photos on my phone ?
Most cameras use an SD card, allowing you to transfer your photos easily using an SD card reader (available at Rethrowback Studio). 

How often do you add new products ?
New items are added regularly, as we carefully source and refurbish new cameras.

What if the item I received is damaged or faulty ?
We professionally test and restore every camera to ensure high quality. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately so we can review the issue. 
You are covered under our 14-day guarantee, starting from the day you receive your order. 
Please refer to our Return Policy for the required steps and conditions. 

Can I return a camera ?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the camera is returned in its original condition, with all included accessories. 
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I cancel my order ?
Order cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of purchase and before shipment. 
Once a tracking number is issued, cancellations or address changes are no longer possible. 
Once dispatched, the standard Return Policy applies.
