Shipping Locations
We ship worldwide from France.
Available shipping destinations are displayed at checkout.
Order Processing
All orders are shipped from France.
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Delivery Times (After Dispatch)
Delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. The following timelines are estimates only:

France: 2-6 business days

European Union: 3-10 business days

United States: 5-8 business days

International (Rest of the World): 5-14 business days
Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier performance, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Methods & Prices
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, package weight and size, selected carrier, and service level.
The total shipping cost is displayed before order confirmation.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
European Union: No additional customs duties or import taxes apply
Outside the European Union: customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply according to the destination country’s regulations. These charges are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
If customs fees are refused or unpaid:

the parcel may be returned to Rethrowback Studio or abandoned by customs,
-
return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund,
-
no refund may be issued if the parcel is not recovered.
Returns cannot be accepted on the basis of unpaid customs fees.
Exception – United States: all orders shipped to the United States are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). All applicable duties and taxes are included in the final price – no additional payment is required upon delivery.
Shipping Address & Delivery Conditions
The Customer is responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and valid shipping address.
Rethrowback Studio cannot be held responsible for delivery delays, lost or returned parcels, resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Unclaimed or Returned Shipments
If a parcel is returned to Rethrowback Studio due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or unclaimed shipment, we will contact the Customer by email.
Return shipping costs to us are borne by the Customer and may be deducted from the refund.
If the Customer wishes to have the order re-shipped, re-dispatch costs must be paid in advance.
If no response is received within 30 days, the order will be refunded according to our policies, minus return and original shipping costs, or no refund if the package cannot be retrieved.
Delays & Carrier Issues
Rethrowback Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, force majeure events or circumstances beyond our control.
